User Flows
A flow is generally quantitative - it should not show emotion. It's a process of actions and moves that are currently permissible or you think should be permissible. Flows are a great way to show stakeholders and scrum teams the current process for a user to complete a task.

Journey Map
A Journey Map is created to show more of the qualitative information from a user's perspective. How does the user feel whilst going through an entire journey? This is a great deliverable as it highlights the success and pain points, and really helps stakeholders to understand the issues at hand.

Personas
Personas are vital to keeping your project focused on the right people. It's possible to create quick "proto" personas but it's best to take the time to gather information and define the set of people your team designs for. After all, "it all starts with knowing the user".
Information Architectures
Content is the heart of every app or website. Good Information Architecture is a foundation of an efficient user experience because well organized, well structured content makes a product easier to use.
